About Us

We’re on a mission to improve the mental health of healthcare professionals.

We are pioneering a new model of care, which we co-designed our platform with healthcare professionals. Our mobile app allows healthcare professionals to connect with certified coaches and peers who have been in their shoes before through 1-on-1 and group sessions. We complement this with text-based peer support and a library of mindfulness resources.

Healthcare professionals face a unique set of challenges on a daily basis — working extremely long hours, seeing grief and death on a daily basis, and so much more. Our platform is centered around these unique challenges.

We are launching at our first health system this month, and have several more in our pipeline. We’re backed by notable investors including YCombinator, Startup Health, and more. This role is an opportunity to join an early-stage startup making a tangible difference in the lives of healthcare professionals.

⚡️ What you will do

• Translate user feedback from hospital pilots and beta tests to iterate on product design
• Help establish design processes and contribute towards strategic product decisions in collaboration with Vitalize leadership
• Join interviews with healthcare professionals to assess user experience & product-market fit
• Work with Vitalize leadership and development team to iterate on our product roadmap

🤝 We're looking for people that have

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for user research
• Experience and skilled with Figma
• Portfolio featuring examples of interaction and visual work, and highlighting previous work designing web and mobile apps
• A plus previous experience collaborating on healthcare-focused products
• Passion for creating social impact
