We are seeking a versatile B2B Events and Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our corporate event programs as well as drive key marketing functions. In this role, you will manage event planning and promotions while also conducting competitive research and overseeing social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

Events Management:

• Develop and execute an integrated events marketing strategy

• Manage logistics, budgets, venue selection, and onsite operations for trade shows, seminars, summits etc.

• Identify and secure speakers, partners, sponsors, and entertainment for events

• Promote events through email campaigns, social media, and other channels

• Analyze event metrics and optimize for maximum ROI

Marketing Activities:

• Conduct competitive research on rival companies to inform marketing strategy

• Manage content calendar, posting cadence, and audience growth for company social media profiles

• Track social media and website analytics and derive data-driven insights

• Monitor industry trends and make recommendations for marketing initiatives

Additionally, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and executives

• Oversee speaking opportunity and award submissions to enhance visibility

Requirements:

• 5+ years marketing experience with track record in events, digital marketing and research

• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities

• Savvy communicator able to secure speakers, partners, and drive engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field

Preferred:

• Experience in financial services or crypto
