Cozmo AI is the AI system of action for property claims. Restoration companies, TPAs and adjusting firms run their claims through Cozmo: voice and chat agents handle first notice of loss, follow-ups and status calls, and the platform keeps case memory, documents and actions in one place.

The problem you are picking up

Customers love the product and the founders are doing all of the marketing, messaging and GTM organising himself. Nobody owns the funnel end to end, so content, outreach, ads, launches and updates happen in bursts instead of as a system. You take this whole surface off the founders’ plate. Within 10 days you should know our customers better than we do, have rewritten how we describe the product, have a weekly content and outreach rhythm running and be able to show which channel brings in qualified MRP, adjusters and TPA conversations and what each costs.

What you will own

• Messaging and positioning: talk to customers, learn how they describe their pain and rewrite our site, decks, outreach and product copy in their language.
• Brand and content: run LinkedIn, blog, video, case studies and event material. Produce most of it yourself with AI tools and direct our social media manager on the rest.
• Funnel and growth: own the numbers from first touch to booked meeting. Set up tracking, run outbound and paid as experiments with a budget you defend, kill what does not work.
• GTM organisation: turn the CEO’s plans into a calendar of launches, campaigns, events and outreach with owners and dates. Run the weekly GTM review.
• AI agents and tooling: build and manage the agents and automations that run our marketing. You should be the most fluent Claude user in the company.
• Product input: bring what you hear from the market into product decisions and write the copy inside the product.
• Updates and narrative: draft the weekly customer and investor updates and keep our story consistent everywhere.

You

• Have been the first or only product/marketer somewhere before, ideally at an early-stage startup.
• Write well and fast, and have something you wrote that got a response.
• Can read a funnel dashboard and explain why a number moved.
• Use Claude or similar daily and have built at least one agent or automation that did real work.
• Can make a short video with current AI video and design tools, no production team.
• Can organise other people’s chaos into a plan and hold them to it, including the CEO.
• Bonus: have sold or marketed into insurance, claims, restoration, TPAs or another relationship-driven industry.

Not for you if you need a brief before you can start, only want to do one of brand, content, growth or ops, or would rather manage an agency than produce the work.

How we work

Six-day weeks with a Saturday all-hands. You report to the CEO and sit next to the founders.

Shortlisted candidates get a 72-hour assignment and defend it live with the founders.
