Job Function & KPIs

Job Functions:

• Help us optimize the development costs of each of our projects without sacrificing quality. 

• Optimize our Webflow development process for efficiency and use of best practices. 

• Develop websites in Webflow for our clients. 

Performance Will Be Measured By:

• Client communication speed, frequency, & quality

• The amount you’re able to save us per project on development costs. 

• Number of bugs and errors on the pages you build

• Creativity of animations/interactions/effects

• Google Lighthouse scores

• Ability to meet deadlines 

Required Skills & Experience

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in Web Development

• 3+ years of Webflow experience

• 2+ years experience in a web design / development agency

Helpful, but not required: 

• Slight knowledge of design

• Experience developing in other CMS tools (Shopify + Wordpress) 

Compensation Structure

Monthly Salary or Hourly Rate – open to negotiation.

- Must be an excellent English speaker

- Must be willing to work full time solely during US business hours
