Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to expand and manage relationships with current partners while driving new growth opportunities. You will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to increase our B2B and B2C clientele, onboard new influencers, and oversee the entire sales pipeline. As a key liaison to the marketing team, you’ll collaborate on campaign ideation, development, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, forming and nurturing strategic partnerships.
2. Manage existing partner relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and retention.
3. Develop and implement growth strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
4. Lead end-to-end sales pipeline activities—from prospecting to deal closing.
5. Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and outreach for maximum impact.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven Business Development experience, in Web3 or related industries.
• Strong Solana ecosystem knowledge.
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent people skills—friendly, capable of building rapport quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic business development plans.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships.
• Bonus: Previous work at a Telegram trading bot firm.
• Bonus: Experience with the daos.fun platform.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Experience with market research and analysis.
