🌳 About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Operations Lead to join us as our first data operations hire.

🏆 What You’ll Achieve

• Manage and expand existing data collection processes like grid and zoning data
• Manage +5 data collection contractors to maximize their impact
• Increase data collection accuracy, frequency and geographic coverage
• Collaborate closely with our CEO & CTO to improve our data operations strategy

📈 Requirements

• Fast-learner: you are proactive and able to pick up new things quickly
• Iterative: Have built and managed complex operations processes
• Leader: Have hired and managed contractors
• Data: +2 years of experience in data operations or research

🚀 Bonus Points

• Previous experience with geographic data collection
• Previous experience with SQL and python
• Previous experience at a high-growth, fast-paced startup
