Your Role in This Mission:

As Usual’s Head of Engineering, you will lead this transformative journey. With full ownership and responsibility over the tech team, which currently includes three Solidity developers (one being a lead) and one frontend developer, your role is crucial. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will not only guide the development of groundbreaking solutions but also ensure our technology reflects our commitment to equitable finance. You will helm a team of blockchain innovators to overhaul traditional finance’s shortcomings, making financial prosperity accessible and shared, ushering in an era of accessible financial prosperity.
