Your tasks:

• You lead the quality assurance processes for our e-mobility charging service and ensure a positive user experience
• As a member of one of three Scrum teams, you will work on the planning, design and implementation of our e-mobility charging service
• Define testing strategies, jointly develop and implement test concepts including test automation
• You select and introduce tools and methods for quality assurance for app (cross-platform) and web applications, which correspond to the latest state of technology
• Develop and contribute to the automation of test coverage, specifically e2e tests for web and mobile applications
• You take care of the execution and documentation of test scenarios together with the business unit and developers
• Monitor bug reports, triage and validate reported defects, define details (severity, priority, impact, steps to reproduce), and regression scopes
• Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria of User Stories with a focus on quality assurance aspects
• Your focus is on the business, for which you build up a deep understanding; the product owner is your closest sparring partner

• You have 4+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester of web and/or mobile applications in Agile environments, focusing on automated testing
• You have a foundational knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, are familiar with automation approaches in JavaScript/TypeScript environments
• You have extensive knowledge of quality assurance practices and modern testing tools (e.g. Selenium, Webdriver.io, Cypress, Jest, Appium, Mocha, Fiddler, Behat, etc.)
• You are motivated to grow within your role, love to learn, and are curious to try new things
• You have great communication skills, love providing feedback, are proactive, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and love to help others
• You have a basic understanding of concepts of SaaS applications, REST APIs, and cloud computing
• You are business fluent in English and German (B2+)
• Experience with Postman and AWS CDK is a big plus
