We’re looking for a Quality Engineer who can deeply understand a complex product, test it like a power user, and help us build a real quality system. You will start manual-first, then help evolve our testing toward smarter regression and automation over time.

This is not a checklist tester role. We want someone curious, product-minded, and technically comfortable.

What you’ll own

• Learn the full platform across:
  • Website
  • Member mobile app (iOS/Android)
  • Vendor mobile app (iOS/Android)
  • Admin tool
  • Chat
  • AI agent flows (Houston)
  • Member and provider onboarding
• Build and maintain a regression checklist for critical flows.
• Perform exploratory testing and find edge cases engineers didn’t anticipate.
• Identify what should be automated first and collaborate with engineers to add unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Provide product feedback on confusing UX or unclear flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA / Quality Engineering experience in production systems.
• Strong manual testing skills and ability to reason about system states and edge cases.
• Comfortable with technical systems: logs, APIs, environments.
• Clear written communication.
• Ability to ramp quickly on a complex product.

Nice to have

• Experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, or similar.
• Experience testing AI or conversational systems.
• Marketplace or service workflow experience.
