About the role

The Engineering team at Palette is responsible for building the infrastructure and the application to deliver a crisp experience to our users, companies, and even ourselves!

Engineers are strongly involved in the design process to solve compromises and find opportunities that technology enables.

Challenges

• Deliver exciting new features to our users in a reliable manner
• Build robust systems
• Organize the backend code base and decide what standards the team should follow
• Research, pitch to the team, and work on innovative tech solutions to solve hard problems
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from design to deployment. Stack
• Frontend: NodeJS, React, Ant design
• Backend: NodeJS, TypeScript, MongoDB
• Ops: AWS

About you

You have 3 or more years of experience in full-stack development or Entreprise back end application You are a team player, eager to provide feedback and happy to receive them as learning opportunities You know how to prioritize to deliver on time, as speed of execution is key, while never compromising on quality. Bonus if you are familiar with the ShapeUp methodology.

We are backed by Bain Capital Ventures, Y Combinator, as well as independent investors including top executives of Algolia, Front, Gainsight, Airbase, and Salesloft.

We raised a seed round of $6M early 2022 and are now growing the team to improve the Product and expand sales and marketing.
