- Engage with our community through platforms like Discord, Pylon, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with the development team to resolve them
- Gather user feedback and advocate for customer needs internally
- Maintain a knowledge base to help users find answers quickly
- Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring they understand how to use Firecrawl

- Are passionate about helping customers and solving problems
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Are fluent in English
- Have experience in customer support or a related field
- Have a technical background or understanding of software engineering concepts

- Can consistently work in Americas timezone
