• You will be one of the first team members in Berlin to build super service with us
• After registering a customer to the magu⨮ program, you will welcome them by phone and explain everything the program entails
• You\'ll be the primary contact for existing customers, the one they can rely on to help them every time
• You will be a part of the team of “out of the box thinkers” so you will be in daily touch with key figures of MAGU and you will be directly involved with how MAGU looks like in the future
• You should be able to do whatever is necessary. Whether its project management back-office, customer care, or sales
• You should be able to identify and hire talented colleagues to your team
