Gala is excited to announce we are hiring for our Music team! We are seeking an experienced Senior iOS Developer to assist in taking our mobile app to the next level. You will be taking the lead on not just the iOS iteration of our app but ensuring we maintain the high-quality bar. The ideal candidate has experience working with a UI/UX team for a visually stunning and intuitive experience.

You will be a part of a company of super-achievers who work together to bring forth the evolution of entertainment. The ideal candidate has prior game dev experience, excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. We want someone with experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, and NFTs. We would love someone with a deep passion for games, strong product management skills, and an impressive track record for working in a fast-paced, evolving, creative-minded environment.

Please note that the ideal candidate will work in the European Time zone to work in sync with the rest of the STGE team. Responsibilities

• Lead the development of iOS iteration of Gala Music mobile app

• Coordinate with the android iteration to maintain a similar high-quality experience.

• Maintain a high standard of the visual experience for the user within the app

• Identify and share technical innovations/opportunities that can improve the functionality or experience within the app

• Coordinate with the UX/UI team during ideation to help identify the optimal implementation and reduce technical challenges during the development phase

• Help conduct review, test, and quality check sessions for planned releases

• Update and maintain development pipeline to inform wider roadmap timeline and strategy

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in iOS mobile development, ideally 5+ years’ experience but a talented engineer with 3+ years’ experience would be considered

• Experience in backend processes, particularly around payments would be ideal

• Experience in any full stack development, this would be a big bonus

• Experience with SwiftUI, Auth0 and Firebase

• Experience working with Audio & Video functionality

• Proficiency with In app-purchases

• Experience with deep linking

• Strong attention to detail with visual (UI) Implementation.
