What you’ll do

  • Qualify Inbound Leads: Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries and requests, providing detailed information about Tola's features and benefits.
  • Product Demos: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how Tola can meet their specific needs.
  • Customer Onboardings: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and activation on the platform
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner across internal teams to align strategies and improve overall customer acquisition and retention.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze customer feedback to help improve product features and the overall customer experience.

What you’ll need

  • Love SMBs: Each and every day you’ll be talking with business owners across the US, helping them run their business and solve their problems with Tola. You embrace that dynamic and consider it among the best parts of the role.
  • Self-Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying and reaching out to potential leads, continuously seeking opportunities to grow Tola’s customer base.
  • Interest and Experience in Sales: Have experience or strong determination to build a career in a fast-growing company, any sales or customer success experience is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You’re someone who can talk to anyone, regardless of their background or location.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software, sales tools and working in a startup or a technology environment is a plus.
