We’re hiring a technical Support Engineer to own production debugging, surface systemic issues, and raise product quality across mobile, backend, payments, and brokerage infrastructure.


What You’ll Do

  • Investigate complex production issues across iOS, Android, backend services, and third-party integrations
  • Reproduce bugs and isolate root causes
  • Query databases (SQL) and analyze logs
  • Debug Stripe and payment-related issues
  • Identify patterns across tickets that point to systemic product problems
  • Partner directly with engineers to resolve issues quickly
  • Improve QA processes and release validation
  • Build internal debugging tools or scripts

You will play a critical role in product reliability, retention, and revenue protection.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years in technical support, QA, solutions engineering, or backend engineering
  • Strong debugging skills across APIs and production systems
  • Comfortable writing SQL
  • Experience investigating live production issues
  • High ownership and strong root-cause thinking
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment

Strong plus: fintech, payments (Stripe), mobile debugging, monitoring tools (Datadog/Sentry).
