We are a law firm located in Fort Worth, Texas. We are looking for just the right person to continue to build our brand. This person would need a design background and specifically be able to find and utilize remote talent. In other words, we as the firm may have a constant barrage of requests - from social media, to magazine ads, to designs for our website. We know there is too much work for just one in-house graphics designer, so our thought is bring in a talented graphic designer than can do design work but also bring in remote help to complete projects efficiently. This position requires great communication skills. We have a very specific vision for how we want things to look - so listening is important. It is equally important to be able to communicate that vision to other designers - who you might find on overseas job boards and other places virtual talent is available. This is a growth position. In the future, we hope to bring more and more in house rather than off-shore or near-shore.

Our firm is also growing and we have a dynamic brand. We explore every opportunity to get our name out there. The work is fast-paced and we are perfectionists. You have to be able to take feedback without ego as we work together to set the standard for legal.
