You’ve spent years honing your technical skills, and now, you’re ready for the next big challenge. As our Technical Lead, you will get the chance to:

  • Lead our talented development team in building a cutting-edge document management ecosystem that our customers love.
  • Play a crucial role in scaling our product to new verticals, geographies, and use-cases. You’ll do so whilst expanding our tech stack.
  • Directly influence how businesses manage their key legal documents from end-to-end, reducing errors and boosting efficiency across the board.
🚀 Why This Challenge Suits you

  • You have 8+ years of coding experience, including at least 3+ years of leading technical teams.
  • Ruby on Rails ecosystems have no more surprises for you. You love to work with it. And you also know React, or have an affinity with it.
  • You are experienced in managing infrastructure, particularly AWS environments with Terraform/Pulumi.
  • You have 5+ years of experience developing high-load and high-availability services in SaaS, E-commerce, or similar industries.
  • You have a genuine passion for technology and like to stay up to date on the latest. You have a start-up mentality, understanding every role is very hands-on and scrappy.
  • Your tech knowledge is insulated by your deep understanding of security principles, with experience in passing ISO 27001 being a plus.
👀 What’s in It for You?

  • Competitive Compensation: We will compensate you fairly with the budget that we have, and like to be transparent about this throughout the process. You will earn between €80-100k per year, with a portion in SARs that we fully expect to multiply in value. You can ask us more about this during the interview.
  • Flexibility: Our policy, especially on the tech-side, is very flexible on where work is completed. We filter for high-autonomy applicants in the process and as such accept remote applicants. Prefer to relocate to Amsterdam? We'll be happy to support you with that. Our commercial and operations team is on-site more regularly and you can join the team in-office as much as you wish.
  • Growth Opportunities: We have a vested interest in your skill development. That's why we set aside a dedicated €1,000 training budget per year to keep your skills sharp. Of course, we hope to be able to increase these budgets in the future.
