As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Astrona., you will lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring our projects are visually stunning and user-friendly. You will direct junior designers in their efforts and collaborate with various departments of Astrona, including marketing, product, and others. As the one crafting the visual identity of our projects, communication with your Astrona peers, along with designing captivating visuals—will be at the heart of your role.Your deep understanding of Figma and other design tools will be crucial in creating impactful user experiences.

The Web3 field constantly pushes its limits, and evolves rapidly, hence it is required of the Senior UI/UX Designer to also constantly invent new approaches to design—to ensure our projects stand out in the sea of cutting-edge innovation that is Web3.

As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be the driving force behind the user interfaces of our cutting-edge applications. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create designs that not only meet but exceed user expectations.

Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products, ensuring that every touchpoint is a delightful experience. In parallel, you will ensure the work you are performing is directly aligned with the team’s vision by regularly communicating with team members.

Performing design work and communication aside, on a regular basis you propose fresh, outside-the-box ideas & new approaches that take design to a new level.

Who you are

• You are a design virtuoso with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling user interfaces and experiences. Your expertise spans various design tools and methodologies, and you have a keen understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the crypto industry.
