Why does this role exist?

Our client is looking for support in cold calling and outreach, appointment setting, and sales pitches to small to medium-sized business owners. The aim is to provide assistance with Google Business Profile management, SEO strategies, and website creation and optimization.

The Impact you’ll make

  • Reach out to cold leads to engage them in discussions regarding online presence management
  • Schedule appointments and ensure attendance for consultations
  • Complete a minimum of 250 dials per day or achieve 50 connected calls, whichever comes first
  • Be able to attain at least 3 (three) quality attended demo calls per week.
  • Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems
  • Send follow-up emails or communication to prospects

Required Experience

  • Minimum 1-year cold calling experience in either B2B or B2C settings
  • Interest or prior experience in selling marketing solutions
  • Quota/target-driven sales background

What to Expect?

  • Tools: Pipedrive, CallHippo, Slack
  • Rate: $6/hour + incentives
  • Daily Incentives:
    • $10 for the 2nd SQL demo attended
    • $20 for subsequent SQL demos attended
  • Weekly Incentives:
    • $75 for 4 attended demos
    • $100 for 6 attended demos
    • $120 for 10 attended demos
  • Working Hours: 10 AM EDT - 6 PM EDT, Full-time starting from the trial period
  • Training (Trial) Period:
    • 10-day training period, 8 hours per day. 
    • Trainees are entitled to incentives during the training period; hourly rate not applicable. 
    • Must pass training (trial period) before the hourly rate applies.
  • Payment Schedule: Payment is credited 2 weeks after passing the trial period.
