By utilising highly study-specific and very flexible solutions, we enable Sponsors to find the right participants, sites, and Primary Investigators to run fully remote or hybrid clinical research studies.


  • Drive a plan to initiate and maintain contact through multiple touch points, with prospective accounts to identify, qualify and manage new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborates with Leadership to assess the timing of transferring new opportunities.
  • Proactively engage prospective accounts leveraging timely and relevant content to develop meaningful relationships which results in the identification of new sales opportunities.
  • Proficiently leverage online resources and available information conducting account research to engage and build relationships with accounts.
  • Maintain up to date information on sales activities, sales pipeline, customers and contacts within CRM systems for individual and team reporting.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned such as event planning and coordination of sales with marketing efforts.
  • A background in CRO/pharma sales and/or selling to academia is a plus.
