• Located in Americas/Europe time zones
• Strong understanding of community dynamics
• Exceptional communication skills

• A community architect, not just a moderator
• Someone who takes ownership
• Available during key hours
• Passionate about educational innovation
• Experienced with Discord bots/tools
• Strategic in community building

Responsibilities:

• Own the entire Discord ecosystem
• Design engagement strategies
• Create valuable user experiences
• Manage community dynamics
• Implement automation/tools
• Build genuine connections
• Drive meaningful discussions
