Two Dots is a rapidly growing tech company building a universal income and employment verification service. Our mission is to make consumer underwriting more fair by enabling seamless payroll data access between companies and consumers. We’re starting with income verification for residential real estate.

We are seeking a Data Verification Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in providing exceptional documentation support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. As a data-focused individual, you will have the opportunity to help drive the growth and success of our company by providing outstanding support and attention to detail to cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities Process applicant documents such as income verification from paystubs, bank statements, tax transcripts, and other financial information, as well as identification photos and direct deposit details. Support applicants who have submitted the necessary documents to complete the rental application process. Participate in thorough training and ongoing education, ensuring a solid understanding of relevant guidelines and any departmental changes. Apply meticulous attention to detail in processing applicant income and ide Generate and update documents and document requests for applicants. Utilize our proprietary system to retrieve, approve, reject, and guide applicants on the submission of required documents. Communicate effectively with customer success and operations on what is still missing for applicants after processing their documents. Update application status after processing documents.

Requirements Minimum 2 years experience High attention to detail and efficient time management skills. Familiarity with income verification document requirements. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate application statuses Proficiency in resolving issues efficiently with unusual documentation, document requirements, or fraudulent documentation Computer literacy; strong typing skills and the ability to adapt to new technology as we continue to innovate and evolve.
