Role Objective:
Your role will involve close collaboration with the CEO to ensure organizational efficiency ("keeping the house in order"), accuracy in our financial operations ("running a tight ship"), and a strategic perspective on financial management ("engaging at a strategic level") with a company-wide outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounting Oversight: Coordinate with external accountants for both our US headquarters and any international subsidiaries.

  • Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting and financial projections to support strategic decision-making.

  • Transactional Management: Oversee the processing of bills, invoicing, and employee expense reimbursements.

  • Cash Management: Manage company treasury and oversee overall cash flow.

  • Investor Relations: Partner with the CEO on fundraising activities, prepare materials for board meetings, and maintain regular communications with investors.

  • Revenue Management: Work closely with the sales team to manage revenues and oversee the payment of sales commissions.

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Manage venture debt, banking relationships, and organizational insurance needs.

  • Strategic Projects: Engage in special projects such as analytics for tracking KPIs and OKRs, legal oversight (contract reviews), and operations (vendor and lease management).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, including significant exposure to the SaaS industry/

  • Proven capability in financial strategy and operational finance.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in using advanced financial software and tools.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

  • Professional certification (e.g., Chartered Accountant, CFA) strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $140,000

  • Stock Options: 0.05% - 0.2%

  • Comprehensive Health Benefits: 99% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance; 50% coverage for dependents.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): 3 weeks per year
