We are looking for strong multidisciplinary people with experience in consulting from top firms that want to get their hands dirty, build stuff and grow fast with us. While we posted this role as “Chief of staff”, it's our way to funnel top candidates with strategy consulting backgrounds.

After raising nearly $5MM in seed funding and joining prestigious accelerators in LATAM, we are assembling a team of top talent to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key areas and projects of the company. This might be operations, sales, finance or generalist roles (chief of staff, GM, etc).

• Develop and refine our value proposition to better meet customer needs in the selected area.

• Work closely with the founders in strategy of the specific area.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the PropTech and real estate market to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in Strategy consulting from a top firm. If you have experience IMPLEMENTING (not only strategizing) Operations, Sales, Strategy or Finance projects, a huge plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Metric-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.

• Experience working in a startup environment, especially during the early growth stages is a Plus.

• Familiarity with real estate brokerage operations and market dynamics is a Plus.

About You:

• You are proactive and take initiative to make things happen.

• You have a strong background in strategy consulting from a top firm, are fluent in spanish and like to work independently.

• You thrive in a hectic environment and are comfortable with the fast pace and ambiguity that come with it.

• You have experience in teams that scaled rapidly and successfully.

• You are adept at using technology to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.

Compensation:

• Based on role but range from $30,000 to $50,000USD plus quarterly bonus.
