We are seeking a highly motivated Founding Engineer to join our innovative team and join us on our mission to improve healthcare by accelerating the clinical trials process. As a Founding Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in improving our existing product, shaping the next features on the roadmap based on customer feedback, and ensuring seamless integration of our solution for biotech/pharma companies conducting clinical trials. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership and contribute significantly to the success of a fast-growing startup within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO (technical) to define product roadmap, prioritize features, and set technical direction.
• Work closely with customers to bring them onboard onto our software platform and understand end user pain points that guide our roadmap.
• Design, develop, and maintain the core architecture of the Miracle platform, ensuring seamless integration with various data sources from biotech/pharmaceutical company software tools.
• Mentor and guide future hires as the engineering team grows, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
• Actively participate in product and technical discussions, and provide strategic input on company growth and direction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the healthcare space or a related field.
• Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, such as Python, JavaScript, HTML, Node.js, and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
