As a VP of Customer Success You Will:
Plan, build and lead a new Customer Success team at MANTL, integrating with our existing Account Management function, and managing the relationships and commercial success of our diverse and growing customer base of Regional and Community Banks and Credit Unions. You and your team will build high fidelity, consultative engagements with our customers, maintain executive and operational customer relationships - with success measured in gross/net revenue retention, logo retention, add-on sales (whether directly owned or through partnership with our existing Sales team) and overall customer engagement.
You will build strong internal partnerships at MANTL with our Product, Sales, Service Delivery and other divisions within the company to drive successful customer outcomes. You will be a stronger leader in bringing the voice of the customer to bear on decision making across the company. You will partner with the Chief Customer Officer on bringing our user community and customer advisory board to life.
You have a passion for building reliable, scalable, right-sized, and well-documented systems and services for supporting MANTL's products, as well as an interest in exploring new technologies
Be a strong team player - with a focus on what gets accomplished over who gets the credit
An experienced and empathetic people leader who cares about building diverse teams with multiple strengths and passions
A passion for the customer and relationships
We Are Looking For:
10+ years overseeing Customer Success, Account Management, and/or Sales
Proven ability to deliver customer success using multiple approaches (ie, high-touch, low-touch, tech-touch)
Experience establishing and managing C-Suite relationships
Knowledge of banking or fintech is a plus
Willingness to travel up to 50%
