What You’ll Do
You’ll be on the front lines of creating pipeline for a new category.
- Prospect and qualify inbound + outbound leads (email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
- Identify and engage decision makers (VP Marketing, Head of Growth, SEO leaders)
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and founders
- Run initial discovery calls to understand pain points (SEO, content, AI visibility)
- Educate prospects on GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AI search trends
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity in CRM
- Collaborate with founders on messaging, outbound campaigns, and positioning
- Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2+ years in sales, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication — clear, concise, and persuasive
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity
- Highly competitive and motivated by targets and commission
- Curious and fast learner (new category, fast-changing market)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Interest in B2B SaaS, startups, and AI
Nice to Have
- Prior SDR / BDR experience
- Experience selling to marketing, growth, or SEO teams
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach
- Experience at a startup or high-growth environment
