Easol has deep roots in experiences, the platform was founded by former festival founders, Lisa and Ben Simpson in 2017, after the husband and wife team endured challenges and frustrations first-hand while setting up and growing their own experience business including Rise - Europe’s biggest snowsports and music festival and Beyond Adventures - a series of adventure travel experiences in remote locations such as the Sahara desert and the Swedish Archipelago.
As the Head of Sales at Easol, you will leverage your sales leadership expertise to galvanise our sales function.
You will be personally invested in the growth of our high-performing sales team and you will help to propel them to new heights of success.
You will develop and execute a long-term sales strategy that represents our vision, and uniquely positions Easol as the go-to software provider for the experience economy.
You will advance the sales function operationally, by implementing playbooks, tools and processes that keep us a step ahead of the competition.
This role requires a proven Sales Leader who has worked in a fast-paced environment before, and who knows how to grow and motivate a sales team in a scale-up environment.
