Who are we looking for?

We're looking to hire a Senior Business Development Representative at Arist!

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will seek out new business opportunities for Arist by prospecting and developing strong relationships with potential customers from first contact until close, as well as act as the conduit between our Sales and Marketing teams. On top of highly-strategic outbound activities and qualifying prospects, you will also support Marketing-led campaigns and initiatives to drive our long-term business growth.

You'll be great for this role if you have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, ADR, AE, or similar role in SaaS
  • Proven sales and business development acumen
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Comfortability in calling and engaging prospects
  • Ability to be highly strategic and autonomous
  • Strong aptitude with CRMs (Salesforce & HubSpot) and a sales tech stack
  • Familiarity with spreadsheet and graphical analysis
  • Understanding of sales and marketing KPIs and metrics
  • Passion for creating better learning experiences!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping organizations and identifying key stakeholders/decision-makers
  • Crafting and executing highly strategic outbound messaging for large enterprise
  • Qualifying and converting inbound/outbound leads into opportunities
  • Working closely with Account Executives on pipeline generation and conversion
  • Build trusting, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
  • Move leads through the marketing funnel and assist with outreach/followups
  • Help maintain CRMs and the client database
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify evolving trends and products
  • Providing weekly results and updates to the CMO
