Job description
Builds and directs 8-15 person AI Lab that creates tools to increase efficiency and make people happier.
Work performed:
- Identifies and recommends beneficial artificial intelligence projects.
- Works with management to determine the overall AI roadmap.
- Determines the technical approach used to execute AI projects.
- Maintains awareness of business needs to guide project selection.
- Collaborates with hiring teams to recruit outstanding AI/ML engineers.
- Assists with writing code and performing code reviews.
- Helps develop the skills and abilities of AI/ML engineers.
- Works with management to grow the AI department.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
Compensation:
- $200,000+ based on experience
- $20,000 signing bonus
- Four weeks paid vacation
