Job description

Are you the type of person who thrives on bringing order to creative chaos? Do you love the satisfaction of seeing a project come together — every deadline met, every detail in place, every story brought to life?

We’re looking for a Traffic Coordinator to join our Production & Video Team — the heartbeat that keeps ideas moving, teams aligned, and projects on schedule. In this role, you’ll collaborate with both the Video and Graphic Design teams to ensure projects flow seamlessly from concept to completion. You’ll connect creative teams with internal departments and external partners, balancing priorities, coordinating resources, and keeping communication clear and consistent. Together, you’ll help transform complex life science content into powerful visual experiences that inform, engage, and inspire.

Why Join SendingCell?
At SendingCell, we believe in creativity, connection, and collaboration. You’ll work with an inspired team that brings innovative solutions to life for some of the most respected names in Life Sciences. This is your opportunity to thrive in a supportive environment where your organizational talent and communication skills can make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Video Production
• Manage project flow through tools like Monday.com and Lucid Link, ensuring proper load assignments, timely kickoffs, and on-schedule delivery.
• Track all video requests, deliverables, and team assignments.
• Support producers by coordinating shoots, managing logistics, gathering assets, and tracking editor availability and workloads.
• Schedule recording technicians and secure crews for shoots as needed, assisting with freelancer onboarding and training on SendingCell’s production tools.
• Monitor timelines and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track, communicating progress updates and adjustments proactively.
Data Management
• Oversee the project wrap process to ensure all completed video projects are properly archived within ten (10) days of show wrap.
• Confirm all shoot footage is uploaded and stored promptly.
• Track and maintain department assets — including hard drives, equipment, and other resources — to support smooth operations and file organization.

• 1–2 years of experience in a production or creative services environment.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar cloud-based work management software is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Pharma or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Soft Skills - Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, strong communicator, proactive self-starter who stays calm and focused under pressure, assertive, adaptable, and resourceful - with a knack for finding solutions and keeping things moving
You’ll be joining a team that values creativity, precision, and partnership. Every project you touch will help bring science to life through compelling visuals and stories. If you’re looking for a role where your organization and collaboration skills make a real impact — we can’t wait to meet you.
