The Position and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our AI Operations. This is a critical role for our AI initiatives: obtaining high quality annotations for our AI researchers. You will be working closely with our founders, AI researchers, engineers, and AI operators.

What you'll be doing?

• Operational Strategy and Leadership: Establish the AI operations infrastructure, develop strategic processes, and lead a team dedicated to data labeling and quality control.
• Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to refine tools and technologies, ensuring they meet operational needs and quality targets.
• Process Optimization and Management: Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data annotation.
• Hands-On Operational Involvement: Regularly engage in data labeling tasks to maintain a deep understanding of operational challenges and lead improvements firsthand.
• Analytics and Decision Making: Utilize analytics to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes.
• Executive Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing clear, concise updates on AI operations and strategic developments.

Qualifications
