We’re looking for a talented and experienced Web and Brand Project Manager to collaborate with our clients on their web/graphic design projects. You'll be the creative brain behind the scenes, providing creative insights, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions.
You will work closely with a team of designers, illustrators, and quality analysts to consistently produce compelling visual content that resonates with our clients and their audience.
Success in this role depends on your passion for exploring new design trends, techniques, and technologies. It's also about your ability to collaborate both with clients and our internal teams to deliver designs that resonate. You're also going to be the go-to for maintaining high standards for delivery and keeping everything super client-focused.

In this role, you will lead the creative direction of our clients' projects, translating their needs to a team of talented designers and artists to deliver exceptional design. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Getting to know our clients' brands (and their clients too!), their goals, and their preferences. Then using these insights to create design ideas that bring real value to them.
Having video calls with clients to help them shape the artistic vision and creative direction for their design projects, making sure these match up with their goals and brand style.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team from different areas like design, quality assurance, account management, and client success. Giving them guidance, feedback, and support whenever they need it, so they can deliver top-notch work.
Keeping up with the latest in design trends, cool new things happening in the industry, and fresh tech that's popping up. Injecting all these cool ideas and techniques into the projects.
Making sure all the design work we do for our clients is consistent, coherent, looks and feels just right. Everything has to line up with their brand guides and preferences.
Working with the leadership and the marketing team to design internal strategies for campaigns that blend creativity seamlessly.
Explaining and presenting design concepts and ideas to clients and our internal teams in a way that makes sense. Sharing the "why" behind the creative decisions.
Conducting thorough reviews of design assets to make sure they're on point – accurate, top quality, and sticking to the project rules.
Exceptional English communication skills with the confidence to conduct video meetings with clients
Extensive Web and Branding design skills
Proven work experience in a senior design role with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects across different media
Proven track record of working for international businesses
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma) and familiarity with emerging design tools
A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to a brand's tone of voice
Hands-on attitude with keen attention to detail
Collaborative team player who can work effectively with individuals of varying experience levels
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Experience managing creative teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation
