We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with a passion for building relationships, generating new business, and a deep interest in Web3. Location: This position is fully remote within Americas timezones, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to explore and develop new business opportunities in the Web3 space.

  • Secure and schedule discovery meetings through effective qualification strategies.

  • Collaborate with the revenue organization to align and execute prospecting strategies.

  • Create tailored messaging for outbound campaigns.

  • Relay platform feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.

  • Meet quarterly targets for measurable activities.

  • Utilize CRM and other tools daily for documenting leads, opportunities, and meetings.

  • Forecast opportunity pipeline accurately and regularly.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates having Web3 or blockchain experience.

  • Demonstrable passion for the Web3/Blockchain space.

  • Proven track record of meeting activity targets and effectively engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Continuous learning mindset and eagerness to contribute to a fast-growing company.

  • Openness to and provision of constructive feedback.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools like Slack, Discord, and Telegram.

  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
