Off the back of a $4m Seed round at the start of the year, we’ve septupled our team! 🚀 Things at Trevor are moving fast and we’re looking for someone who thrives on being at the centre of the action. This role is for a Maternity cover initially (13-14 months), with a very strong potential to stay on a permanent basis as Trevor grows. You don’t have to match all the requirements set out below - most importantly we are looking for someone who will put all their passion into building Trevor up, and support our amazing founders along the way. 🔮 What the job involves

  • You will be working side by side with the founders and helping with the execution of crucial business operations, long-term projects and a variety of ad hoc tasks.
  • You will be conducting research in a variety of business related fields and creating reports and documentation to facilitate projects and business operations.
  • You will be strongly involved in the facilitation of Trevor’s people processes. This will include coordinating and improving people operations and recruitment processes.
  • You will be maintaining the company budget and forecast, working with external accountants and looking after the day-to-day finance processes.
  • You will have a broad range of responsibilities, from admin-based assignments to time-critical projects that change week by week.
  • You will maintain many core internal processes and tools, and assist other teams with ad hoc tasks and projects.
  • You will be working with another Business Ops Manager as a team of two.

  • You are an exceptional communicator with great people skills.
  • You are a fast learner and a process-oriented problem solver.
  • You are passionate about a start-up role and succeed in fast-paced environments with minimal oversight and guidance.
  • You have good knowledge of German employment law, and are familiar with general business related legal joys.
  • You are hardworking, detail-oriented and organised.
  • You are happy taking on new challenges and continuously expanding your skills.
  • You can hustle, get stuff done, and solve immediate business problems and projects in a constantly evolving high-growth environment.
  • You keep the big picture in mind, always think one step ahead and are able to execute ‘on-the-fly’.
  • You will be trusted to work on crucial tasks independently and with minimal supervision and thus, should be comfortable taking on responsibility.
  • You are proficient or fluent in the German language (ideal, but not a must!).
