As a  Senior Go-to-Market Analyst, you will work closely across the revenue organization to drive strategic decisions and be at the center of our Growth initiatives. Your fluency in data transformation and root-cause analysis, partnered with your deep curiosity rooted in data, will help define and track our product KPIs. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-velocity team at its early stage, and quickly have a big impact on user experience and revenue experiments. This role primarily supports the Growth team.


What You'll Do

  • Own analytics end-to-end: set KPIs, investigate anomalies, and proactively explore data. Communicate findings and analysis across the company.
  • Address ambiguous problems across the user funnel from acquisition to expansion and formulate hypotheses into actionable analysis to drive experimentation
  • Partner cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, GTM and other teams to identify levers to improve the customer experience and business strategy
  • Lead the data strategy for revenue data, enabling us to make well-informed architecture and design decisions that align with the Analytics infrastructure. Empower data access and self-service of data in partnership with the core data team.


What You'll Need

  • 3+ years in an analytical role.
  • B.A./B.S in Math, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge (window function, CTE, etc), as well as a deep understanding of statistical analysis, experiment design, and common pitfalls of data analysis. Experience with dbt preferred
  • A demonstrated ability to get stuff done. In an ideal world, you’ve worked in a fast-growing company
  • Excellent problem-solving - able to quickly learn complex systems, break down problems, and develop rigorous and quantitative arguments to inform decision-making
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Salary for this job- $107,000-144,000  + a generous equity package, and benefits listed above for US Market. _ For countries outside of the US we offer benefits and localized salaries based on your region or area. _
