Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Twitter/X Manager to own and execute CoinTerminal’s presence on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of Twitter/X growth, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and can deliver results with minimal oversight.

You’ll be responsible for implementing and managing our proven playbook for posting, engagement, spaces, and audience growth, working closely with the CMO and the broader marketing team to make Twitter/X a high‑impact acquisition and community channel.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Growth & Management

• Fully own the posting, engagement, and growth strategy for Twitter/X, following the company’s established playbook.
• Execute “initiation” campaigns for new content, ensuring immediate high‑value engagement within 5 minutes of posting.
• Deploy “boost” campaigns monthly with fresh pinned threads and video content to sustain algorithmic strength.
• Maintain consistent posting frequency (minimum once every 48 hours, maximum once every 24 hours) with media‑rich posts.

Community Engagement & Spaces

• Host and coordinate at least two Twitter Spaces per month with reputable industry guests.
• Ensure at least two major supporters attend each Space as speakers (even if not speaking) to maximise reach through audience notifications.
• Engage with high‑value accounts daily, proactively replying to relevant content to attract organic growth.
• Maintain and rotate ambassador groups for regional reach and campaign support.

Content Standards & Brand Consistency

• Ensure all posts are meaningful, brand‑aligned, and add value to the audience.
• Work with the visual content creator to produce engaging threads, videos, and visuals optimised for Twitter/X performance.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

• Monitor analytics and KPIs for follower growth, engagement rates, and referral traffic.
• Continuously test and refine content and engagement strategies to maximise results.

Required Qualifications:

• Based in Dubai with proven Twitter/X growth experience.
• Strong understanding of crypto, Web3, and fintech communities.
• Track record of hosting/managing live audio events (Twitter Spaces or equivalent).
• Skilled in building and engaging relevant, high‑quality audiences.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
