Magic Design is a young Berlin-based startup that helps startups and SMEs realise great design. What makes it special is that marketing and design departments can add a top designer to their own team within days. This allows them to bring more of their ideas to life. Magic Design offers a flexible monthly subscription with no fixed contract. Customers such as awork, upvest, secjur or Ostrom already use Magic Design as an extended workbench. 🥊 Your challenge  As a Founders Associate at Magic Design, you will be the right hand of the founding team. You will independently implement strategic initiatives, drive key projects, build new departments and communicate with all stakeholders. You'll always step in where you're needed. At the same time, you'll be at the table for all the key strategy meetings and will get to experience what it's like to build a company from 0 to 1. 📇 Your tasks

• Setting up and establishing new departments & processes
• Implementing, managing and controlling strategic and operational projects
• Preparation of decision papers, presentations, contracts and external documents
• Supporting team building
• Assist with internal and external communications
• Marketing & sales support
• Liaise with all stakeholders (customers, employees, partners)

• Have a strong interest in start-ups
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset or want to start your own business one day
• Work independently and take responsibility
• Have the drive to create something great
• Have no problem communicating in English and German
• Bonus: have some experience in the start-up environment
