Job Summary:

The Operations Recruiter & Trainer recruits and trains new members in our call center operations departments. The role calls for a highly organized talent advocate that possesses strong interpersonal skills and robust resourcefulness. As our onboarding manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the onboarding process for new contracted agents. You will have a team of onboarding/recruiting assistants.

This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and will have a full-time assistant to support you.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy the interview process for new operations candidates.
• Maintain and update job applications as needed.
• Source operational candidates from referrals or online.
• Create expectations up front via writing.
• Provide an engaging environment with candidates.
• Conduct all required screenings on operations candidates.
• Verify work history via reference checks.
• Lead training classes on a monthly or bi-monthly depending on needs. Maintain and update all training materials as needed.
• Maintain training materials in the  onboarding process.
• Guide new contractors through the onboarding process.
• Support new contractors after onboarding in preparation for the transition to new managers.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in call center operations with 1 year in management.
• Ability to design & maintain onboarding material.
• Comfortable using a computer.
• Ability to develop new ways in attracting viable candidates through various platforms and in various regions.
• Analytical mindset to evaluate the performance of different candidates and the sources from which candidates apply for GoGo.
• Strong commitment to new candidate development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to cultivate a comforting environment for operational candidates to open up about their needs.
