About the Opportunity

This role focuses on assisting clients with travel reservations, coordinating vacation details, and providing exceptional customer service from inquiry through completion of travel.

You will help clients turn travel plans into memorable experiences while developing valuable remote career skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with travel reservations including cruises, resorts, hotels, and vacation packages
• Research destinations and travel options
• Manage bookings, confirmations, and itinerary updates
• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms
• Maintain accurate reservation and client records
• Support clients before, during, and after travel
