We're looking for a talented analytics thought leader who is passionate about growth marketing and wants to change the way people learn languages. As a Marketing Advanced Analytics Lead, you will design and build a world case marketing measurement system from attribution/incrementality testing to budget optimization. You will also be part of a nascent data community where you will help other analytics team members build and drive adoption of analytics processes that ensure data quality and technical rigor.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience and a Master’s degree or PhD in a quantitative field
• Expert in at least one programming language for data analysis (Python or R) and SQL
• Experience with causal inference and machine learning techniques
• Proven ability to succeed in both collaborative and independent work environments
• Proven ability to communicate clearly to audiences of varying technical levels and to tell data-stories that inspire change

Preferred skill-sets:

• 9+ years of relevant industry experience and a PhD in a quantitative field
• Experience with marketing analytics, marketing measurement concepts like MMM and MTA, and working with mobile app - performance marketing data
• Experience with non-experimental causal inference methods like regression analysis and double machine learning.
• Experience with an ETL framework

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Compensation Package $135,000-$180,000 USD Base Salary + Pre-IPO Stock Options
