You will be part of our developing sales organisation and be part of solving exciting challenges for all of our revenue streams with great team members. Tasks

  • Own and manage our Sales tooling (Salesforce, Calendly, Aircall) and manage the connections to our data sources (big query, segment and others)
  • Segment our customer base to identify the right potentials to talk to and create opportunities for the sales teams
  • Report on the effectiveness and efficiency of our existing sales processes
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead Sales DACH and Team Lead International to continuously evaluate and optimise our sales processes with a focus on automation and scalability
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports in Salesforce to provide real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and key metrics.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on Salesforce usage, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the tool to its fullest potential.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops to onboard new sales team members and update existing staff on new processes and Salesforce functionalities.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and plans based on pipeline data and analysis together with the respective market leads
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer engagement, product, finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience building workflow automations in Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • 1-2+ years experience managing sales processes in Salesforce
  • Proficiency in data analysis, high agility with Excel/Sheets, tools such as DataStudio, Tableau and experience in using SQL to gather necessary data
  • Experience in leading mid to large scale projects or CRM implementations
  • Experience working with data connectors and APIs
  • Proficiency in German is a significant advantage
  • Experience in the recruiting or HR Tech industry is a plus
  • Salesforce certification is a plus
