We’re looking for self starting generalist operators to join our fast moving team. From strategizing competitive advantages and optimizing our acquisition funnel to servicing our 150+ customers, you’ll be on the forefront of growing our business. We’ve got a lot on our roadmap and we’re on a mission to reach $1 million ARR this year.

Note this role is available on a part-time and/or intern basis.

The best developer companies (think Stripe, Twilio, MongoDB) have effective and user-centric documentation at their backbone. Mintlify helps any company achieve the documentation they need effortlessly, so that they can focus on building what they do best.

Okay - enough of the PR. How do we do that?

  1. We keep your docs where you work (in your code) so that updating them is as easy as pushing to Git
  2. We deploy your docs seamlessly - never worry about manual deployments ever again. As soon as you push a change, consider it handled
  3. We make analytics and tracking on your documentation easy - see what users are searching, clicking, etc to improve your user conversion and retention

✨ Where you can shine

As one of our first operators, you’ll have a large stake in building a strong customer base. We’re looking for someone who brings ideas on how we can optimize and grow our business beyond what it is today.

Some things you will do:

  • Talk to customers: learning from the experiences of current customers and extrapolating to the needs of prospective customers is key to expanding our market share.
  • Dive into data: Analyze existing funnels and identify areas of optimization. Propose where we can tighten our sales model and improve our self service flow.
  • Grow our marketing: The developer community is an amazing crowd-sourced and well-connected space. We can leverage open source models, online groups, etc to improve Mintlify’s product and brand recognition.

What we’re looking for:

  • You learn fast and move faster in ambiguity - tackling difficult problems collaboratively and breaking them down iteratively is second nature
  • You have experience working in a startup environment - you know how to ship early and ship often while maintaining quality
  • Experienced with REST APIs, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
  • Bonus: You've worked on dev-tools and are involved in developer communities
