• Proven Experience in Web3 Wallet Development: Demonstrable experience in building and scaling Web3 wallets, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and smart contracts.

• Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in leading development teams and delivering complex technical projects.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in PWA development, TypeScript, modern CSS, and experience with frameworks such as Svelte, Vue, React, along with familiarity with Tailwind, Gnosis Safe and principles of account abstraction.

• Proficiency in backend technologies like NodeJS, Postgresql, GraphQL, Containerization and experience with cloud services and blockchain nodes.
