As our first product marketer, you will drive core product marketing initiatives, create awareness in the market, generate inbound leads for the sales team, lead product launches, and more. You’ll double down on what is currently working (content marketing) while experimenting with new growth levers.

Responsibilities

• Create product positioning and messaging that speaks to the market to increase top-of-funnel.
• Create case studies with our customers and turn them into valuable social proof.
• Create and distribute technical content in multiple formats, including:
  • Blogs
  • Video
  • Social
• Execute initiatives across landing page designs, content marketing, and webinars.
• Engage with developers on social media and online communities.
• Build and action our SEO strategy.
• Generate new ideas for channels and campaigns.
• Show demonstrable improvement in our growth KPIs within 3 to 6 months.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a product marketing role.
• Excellent technical written communication skills.
• Experience marketing to developers & the developer tooling space.
• Proven track record of past successes.
• Metrics-driven & an experimental mindset.
• Bonus points:
  • Previous experience writing content for a developer audience.
  • Previous experience at a Series A or Series B startup.

Annual Salary

• The expected salary range for this position is $110k - $140k.
• The expected equity range for this position is 0.25% - 0.75%.
