Job Description

We’re looking for a VP of Product & Technology who will lead our product team to define our product vision, strategy, & roadmap as well as lead our technology team to define our technical platform strategy, implementation, & support.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage product and technology roadmaps & execution, budgeting, resource planning, process development, technology transfer, technology vendor partnerships, & performance metrics.
• Design our technology stack to take the organization from a startup to scale.
• Guide product development design and planning by developing, coaching, & mentoring the product team while providing technical leadership on complex design issues.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive security program & evaluate and implement relevant tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Leadership to define needs, constraints, & opportunities that translate into coherent priorities for our product development.
