Job Description

We are seeking a talented Web Designer with a strong specialization in minimal, aesthetic design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in tools such as Figma, Webflow, or Wix Studio. You will be responsible for creating beautiful, functional, and user-friendly websites that reflect our commitment to minimalism and aesthetic excellence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet their needs.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Webflow, or Wix Studio to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Develop and maintain high-quality, visually appealing websites with a strong focus on minimalism and aesthetics.

• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance across various devices and browsers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.

• Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.

• Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design concepts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a web designer with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in minimal, aesthetic design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Webflow, or Wix Studio.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on layout, color, typography, and minimalism.

• Ability to create responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
