Hi, I’m Chris, co-founder and CTO at Navattic. I’m excited to open up this full-stack engineering role centered around integrations as it involves leading one of our most essential areas of the product; helping customers easily surface and action interactive demo data.
Sending interactive demo data to other tools (HubSpot, Slack, Salesforce, Marketo) is an essential part of a Navattic deployment; it’s how customers track leads generated through interactive demos and importantly, it’s how customers show leadership that their interactive demo initiatives are working. We’ve learned both quantitatively and qualitatively that customers who have integrations setup see far more value from the product and are far more likely to recommend Navattic to their friends.
Given these findings, we’re doubling down on this product surface area by bringing on a full-stack engineer who’s interested in taking ownership over this section of the product.
Seeing as this product surface area is very customer-facing, a great fit for this role is someone that’s excited to 1) join customer calls to ensure their integrations are configured appropriately, 2) talk with customers to understand how we can improve our integrations and 3) incorporate that feedback to improve our integrations product experience at Navattic.

One formality, we do require at least 1.5 years of experience as a full-time software engineer for this role.
