Our web3 startup seeks a Technical Co-Founder to join us and build on our early momentum while setting a long-term vision for the business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating an Open Source Influencer Repository and leading product development. Key responsibilities will include driving the strategic vision, hiring and scaling the technical team, and leading the engineering and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering and fundraising efforts alongside the management team and investors
• Define and oversee the execution of the product roadmap
• Hire the executive team and scale out the overall team
• Build, build, build: write code, from architecture to fixing finicky bugs
• Recruit and manage a killer engineering team
• Partner with the business and design teams to understand customers and shape product vision and requirements
• Develop the long-term strategy for the company and translate that into an achievable roadmap
• Understand how all elements of the software lifecycle work together and develop quality engineering approaches to define the overall architecture

Qualifications:

• Proven executive-level experience within the tech space
• Computer Science degree
• 3-5 years of experience in senior technical roles
• Strong product background with the ability to build intuitive UI/UX and rapidly adapt use cases and product roadmap to changing market conditions and customer feedback
• Data engineering strengths to structure, manage, and organize public and private data used in LLM models (not required but would be a bonus)
