We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, the "go-to" person for "how to" issues related to specific tasks within the Pulppo platform. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the rest of the company's teams to build relationships, resolve issues and increase the overall trust and satisfaction of our agents. We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing person with attention to detail, who enjoys problem solving and is looking to develop personally and professionally. About the person we are looking for, please make sure you meet the requirements. We will only consider candidates that do. You are (or have):

  • Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Provide customer service to agents via live chat making sure customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Master the Pulppo platform, to educate agents and educate them to become advanced users.
  • Run individual and group training with agents, both face to face and remotely.
  • Gather feedback from customers and constantly report back to Product & Tech areas to improve and establish best practices for customer support.
  • Analyze and report on platform malfunction escalating with the corresponding teams and follow up with the final solution.
  • Analyze agents' data to identify needs with respect to Pulppo tool adoption.
  • Collaborate in the development of processes that optimize the area, focusing on the agent and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support areas in a fast growing startup or fast adaptive environment (if throughout the full growth stage, even better).
  • Knowledge in technology tools, such as: Intercom, Hubspot, Salesforce, Notion, G Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and adapt to changes while maintaining high productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer oriented and customer satisfaction oriented.
